Because our products (like the Coffee Face Scrub and Red Onion Hair Oil) are personal care items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on products that have been opened or used.
Returns are only eligible for items that are completely sealed in their original, untampered packaging.
You must initiate the return request within 2 days of delivery.
We strive for perfection, but if we miss the mark, we’ll fix it. If your package arrives damaged, leaking, or contains the wrong item:
Requirement: Please record an unboxing video or take clear photos of the damaged product and the outer shipping label.
Timeline: Report the issue to us at websitelevee05@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Resolution: Once verified, We will ship a fresh replacement to you at no additional cost.

Patch Test: We strongly recommend performing a patch test on a small area of skin before full use.
No Refunds for Sensitivity: We do not offer refunds or returns based on individual skin/hair sensitivity or if you do not see "immediate results." Skincare requires consistent use over 4–6 weeks to show true benefits.
We cannot process returns or refunds in the following cases:
The product has been opened, used, or the safety seal is broken.
The return request is made after 2 days of delivery.
Issues caused by improper storage (e.g., leaving products in direct sunlight).
"Change of mind" after the product has been shipped.
