Unopened Products: We accept returns only for products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with the seal intact.
Timeline: You must initiate a return request within 48 Hours of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, any product that has been opened, used, or had its seal tampered with cannot be returned or exchanged.
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or if you received the wrong product (e.g., you ordered the Coffee Scrub but received the Neem Face Wash):

You must provide clear photos or a short unboxing video of the damaged item and the shipping label.
Once verified, we will ship a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund.
We list every ingredient clearly on our packaging and website to help you make informed choices.
As everyone’s skin is unique, LEvee is not responsible for individual allergic reactions.
We highly recommend performing a patch test before full application.
If you experience a severe reaction, please discontinue use and consult a professional. We do not offer refunds based on skin sensitivity or "lack of results" as skincare takes consistent time to show effects.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. For "change of mind" returns (on unopened items), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
