After Dispatch: Once an order has been handed over to our delivery partner and a tracking ID has been generated, it cannot be cancelled.

If your cancellation is accepted (before dispatch), we will initiate a refund to your original payment method (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, or Wallet).
Refund Timeline: It usually takes 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
We understand that plans change. However, frequent cancellations of COD orders at the doorstep affect our ability to offer this service.
Customers with a high rate of COD cancellations may have the COD option disabled for future purchases on the LEvee website.
While we aim to fulfill every order, We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:
The product is out of stock or discontinued.
There are inaccuracies in pricing or product information.
The shipping address is incomplete or non-serviceable.
Our fraud detection system flags the transaction as high-risk. In these cases, a full refund will be issued automatically.
